A 2006 graduate of DePaul University, majoring in Art & Design, Sam Alcarez grew up in the rolling hills of Connecticut before settling in the flat lands of Illinois, having made a home in Chicago.
Sam has been working exclusively in the creative world since 2008, first as a store graphic artist and later as an in-house graphic designer for Whole Foods Market, before transitioning to the world of freelance, a realm that he continues to occupy.
He has two cats, a daughter and too many books.
